We are centrally located to service all of Hamilton and some of its surrounding areas.
We aren't computer science majors, but we do our best to meet you where you are at. If you like email, we can email. If you prefer to talk on the phone we can talk on the phone. We are even trying to use messenger to accommodate and assist you in as timely a manner as possible.
That being said, we don't answer the phone while on someone's paid time. We take two breaks during the day and check messages and respond during those times if possible. Please understand if our response is not immediate. We don't like when we can't give full attention to our customers, to you and to our safety.
